finally found a boat

I have been lurking here for about a year and found lots of good info.  I have finally found a 1976 365 in Pensacola where I intend on keeping it.  Got lucky not having to bring a boat back a long distance.  Found a boat in great shape ready to sail, I am sure I will have many questions along the way.  Now I need to sell my Catalina 30, so let me know if you have anyone that wants one.  It's in Mobile AL.
