Resetting Stanchions

Over the past winter my stanchions base plates were bend inboard under the weight of snow on my winter cover. Amazingly the stanchions themselves were not affected. (I know! I should have been more vigilant!!!!)  I removed all of them, resealed the holes in the deck and had Stainless backup plates made, and bent the bases back to where I thought they should be.  During a dry run I could not remember if the stanchions should be cambered vertical, outboard or inboard. The result was they cambered significantly inboard. It does not look right somehow.
How did they look when they first shipped out of Rhode Island?
Pictures would be helpfull.

Well, the 1st stanchion from the bow is 0 degrees so it slants outward at the angle of the deck so the lifelines meet up with the flare of the bow rail.  The next three are slightly angled inward, maybe 3 to 5 degrees which makes them look relatively vertical. The easiest way would be find both straight ones, install those and all the rest are the same, angled in with the stanchion mounting holes located inward.

If you need the actual angle of the bases, let me know and I will take one in to work and give you a real number of the angle. Mine are off right now amd it would be easy.  Remember they are all angled the same.

Your discription is more than enough to get me going. I found the bases very easy to bend so this should be (Dare I say?) a quick fix.
