Caribbean Cruising Insurance

I will be cruising south through the Caribbean for the next year or so. I had Boat U.S. insurance, but they only cover as far south as Turks and Caicos and I plan on cruising further south than that. Offshore Risk and Bluewater insurance both came back with quotes that were well below the quote provided by Boat U.S. but the insurance coverage would be with a European Company that had a rating of B++ or B.

Should I be concerned with those ratings? Has anyone had positive or negative experiences with an insurance company that will provide coverage further south than Turks and Caicos?
