Hi There,

I may not exactly qualify as a P365 owner since I own P39-2 but a lot of commonalities between these boats led me to this site. I am looking for any source info for replacing interior trims of Lewmar portlights. Some of mine are broken or cracked and since they are made of quite light ABS plastic I am surprised that I couldn't find more than few weak links simply googling this topic.
Anybody had similar problem?

As far as I know is the P39-2  a youngster compared to mine 365. the port-lights from mine are I don't now which brand but certain not lewmar's
But can lewmar not give you the info you need or the replacement trim. They should have some kind of after-sale customer support department.

I tried different distributors of Lewmar products all over the world and I have to say that they are pretty good about carrying spare parts for a discontinued product. They have spares for pretty much all vital parts of the their 'ole Standard Portlight line but since interior trim isn't really a 'vital' part thus I can't blame them for not carrying this. After looking at the interior part of the portlight it seems that it won't be that hard to manufacture a decent looking teak or mahogany trim with a piece of stainless aroun the inner edge of the portlight to fit it nicely except that I have to do it in about 3 or 4 different sizes. I figured if I do the ovals first and then vary the straight pieces for different port sizes later then it shouldn't be that bed. Well, winter is coming and I live in Canada so I may as well do something useful in my garage.
