I cruise the net looking for various web sites regarding different boats often, both for professional reasons and personal although that line is very blurry.  I research solutions for as many of my customers problems and projects as time allows.  What I have discovered over the years is that this site is one of the best laid out and logical sailboat sites out there.  This of course is a tribute to the wonderful people that started and laid this site out from the beginning, and maintain it... thank you!.  I have also noticed through the years that this site comes up often while conducting searches for various sailing topics.  The number of posts and replys on this site dwarf 90 percent of the others.  On some of them inputs are few and far between and many subjects never even receive a reply.

I can't help but notice that many of the other sites are populated by individuals that seem to have been there and done that and are a bit snooty and a little too salty for my liking. This site has a nice down home feel to it with honest, prudent and knowledgeable suggestions and answers, not the case with many of the others.  I wonder if this is because our boats are a more mature owners boat, not in age necessarily but in experience and knowledge.  I suspect that if you are attracted to a 365/367 you have been around the block a bit yourself and realize what makes a boat a good boat.  The industry average by the way for the purchaser of a sailboat is in their 50's so perhaps age has something to do with it a well.

There is a lot of useful input and knowledge on a hoist of topics contained on the Pearson 365/367 Yacht Club, and you all should be commended for that.  I am often amazed at the number of well thought out insightful opinions and feedback that this site generates by all of you.  There is always more than one way to do any one thing, and it is nice to have so many solutions and pieces of advice to choose from.  I have also noticed that outsiders often request information, opinions and advice on various topics and mention that they follow our site because it is so up to date and helpful. Well done again crew...
