Need guidance to remove Westerbeke engine

I need to rebuild the beast.  Can anyone provide me some step by step guidance as to the best way to get the beast out?  What needs to be removed to create enough clearance etc?

Once you remove the cabinetry you are good to go as the engine will fit complete with manifolds, alternator and transmission out of the companionway.
