Pearson 365 and 367

Diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's). Need to sell quickly. Located on Texas coast in the town of Matagorda, TX.

Boat equipped with refrigeration, davits, cockpit speakers with new stereo, full stand up shower, new gas tank, original westerbeke, 130, 150 Genoa Sail, asymmetrical Spinnaker. Very nice woodwork throughout.

It's a year and a half later since being diagnosed with ALS and going downhill fast. Needing to sell quickly and make sure my wife or daughters won't have to deal with it.

Have not been on it for a year and a half but people have told me that the port above the salon has been leaking and there has been some damage and mold. One of my daughters has recently been on the boat and said that it wasn't as bad as originally thought. I was asking $27,000 for it but I've dropped it for a fire sale, AS IS, for $12,000.

need a sail gate for a 81 365 mizzen mast?

I've hove to in high winds(35-40 kt)with just the mizzen slacked a little.Even without any headsail out the bow seems to have enough windage to blow it to leeward.
