Replacement Cabinetry Hinges: Where to find?

I have had a couple of the cabinetry hinges (the chrome plated ones) break.  I have visited several hardware stores now, but cannot seem to find a close replacement yet, though I was able find something a few years ago.

Has anyone found replacements that look similar?
