Replacing Teak Toe Rail?

I'm considering  replacing my teak Toe Rail On my 365 (It needs it!).   A friend recently gave me enough actual, real,  beautiful teak to do the job twice over (wonderful grain, long, thick boards).  Has anyone else done this, or had it done?  Did you run into any unforeseen problems I should be mindful of, or consider?  Any other advice before I embark on this endeavor?

Just curious.  Any insight is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Moon Dancer, I have replaced all of the exterior teak on Incommunicado. The job took a lot of labor and time but well worth it. I cheated by putting the boat on a trailer and taking it to my home close to my shop. I used solid teak lumber 2 1/4 x6 1/4 that I milled to finish size 15/16 . I used the old teak as patterns to be able to use all the existing screw holes. That project I finished over four years ago still no water leaks anywhere. I have pictures of the process I will post ( I will have my wife post) Good Luck It's well worth It. Allen
