Fixed Port Replacement

Just a quick update one my new fixed port replacement project.  I installed that last port about a half hour ago and they are fantastic!  They look excellent, matching the forward New Found Metals opening ports.  They installed without a hitch and drastically improved the look of the interior with the wood trim rings.  As a side note they are 3/8" tempered glass which makes them way stronger than the original factory glass.

The project came about because of the poor condition of the forward two plastic ports.  The forward two lead to all four and that lead to how poor the fixed ports looked, their constant leaking and cloudy safety glass.  To top off such an elaborate project, I included the painting of the cabin with Awlgrip and I installed a unique eyebrow which Maruska had none.

I know... Where's the pictures? Well I have a camera full of them but I need to get this thing floating.  I may upload the pictures this evening after the forth coat of varnish on the new handrails.  I just may tease you with a few.  I still have to paint my side decks and reinstall all of the deck hardware by Monday which is my goal launch date.

So with that... back to work I go...
