This boat is now in Stuart, FL.  And the price has come down even more. Now only $35,000.

This boat must go.  I just bought a second boat and can't keep them both.

You won't find a more solid boat for the money.  Cruise ready with wind and solar and Coppercoat bottom (maintenance free for 10 years!)

Last years survey quoted the boat at $43,000.  I purchased her at $30,000 and have put more than another $30,000 into her since... I can only guess what another survey would quote her at with all her upgrades....
