Has anybody imported the 365 in Europe and went through the CE conformity process?

as i found out if it was built before 1998 it will not have to have one,but if you sail it to anuther country you will have to provide prof of VAT paid,bill of sale will do,and a small ships register number will help,for the full info go to the RYA website,
