Prop walk - Gori

Morning All,
Gori says their folding prop will eliminate prop walk.  I'm dubious. My previous boat had a saildrive and a folding Gori and I had no prop walk but if I install a Gori on my 365 it will be on a shaft of course. Any thought on this appreciated.

I am no expert, but propellers have prop walk, some more than others.

Instead of trying to eliminate prop walk, why not use it as a tool?  It can assist in turning the boat, docking and etc.  It is, therefore can be learned, compensated for and used in our maneuvering bag of tricks.

Your prop shaft exits the boat to the starboard side.  Soo.. its gunna walk.

The prop spins to right while backing. The bottom of the prop is slipping water to port. The top is trying to slip water to starboard, but most of the flow is diverted (by the hull) upward. this creates a net force to starboard. The shaft is offset to starboard so that when spinning to the left when in forward, the net force to port is somewhat cancelled by the vectored force.
