Anybody have a used Bomar hatch?

The saloon hatch hinge on Skookum has spontaneously self-destructed. So now searching for a suitably priced replacement for one of those black cast aluminum Bomar hatches. Anybody have one for sale or know of a gold mine for these? ps, if you can confirm the original Bomar part number, that would be handy info.

The Bomar hatches on my 1981 ketch are listed as part #19001 in the 1979 inventory list.  I do not know if the number is the Bomar number or a Pearson number.  Hope this helps.

I think Bomar still makes the cast aluminum hatches. The price is going to hurt your feelings.

When we were looking at another 365, with Hatch problems, the surveyor mentioned that there was a place that sold factory seconds from Bomar.  Usually minor cosmetic issues.  I would tell you who it was, but I can't remember.  The surveyor was Ross Hubbard, he did a great job on the survey.

I have my replacement Bomar hatches so when replaced (perhaps the item could move up on my list) I will have a rebuildable frame.  Still have a need?
