Sloop vs Ketch main sail area

Hello all, just joining this forum.
I have been able to find sail area for a 365 ketch but not a sloop. Is the ketch's main sail much smaller than the 365 sloop?
After sailing on a friend's 36 Canadian Seacraft sloop and seeing how much work it is handling the sails, I am wondering if I presently have the perfect boat in my Seafarer 31 Yawl.
I have been admiring the 365 for some time and have it as my number one pick for my next boat. I like the split rig and I am thinking that the more sizeable mizzen on the 365 will be more of a sailing factor (in a good way). I feel that the mizzen effect on my boat is fairly trivial.
Thank you
Paul

Thanks very much for the stats. Guess the main and jib aren't all that much smaller.
