Looking to buy a 367 Cutter!

Greetings.
I recently went to contract on a 367, but the surveyor found hull problems, among other issues.  I tried to negotiate it, but the seller wouldn't budge.   I love this boat, and my last was a Pearson, so I'm a fan.  If anyone is selling a 367, or knows of a 367 for sale, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!  If the price is right, I'll buy it.
