Thank you for the positive reply.  We have worked very hard on our web site.  It has been a significant collective effort for both employees and family.  As you can imagine, it is a undertaking both massive in scope and hours.  As of late it is worth every moment invested.  The site, after 10 months of mind numbing, late night, intense in the trenches work has just started to pay for itself.  It is very satisfying to get an order while hunting for a Christmas tree with the family on a Sunday morning.  When we can grow the website to the point that I can go home before I log 80+ hours in any given week, I will consider it a major success.

Like most businesses, one can only draw customers form a finite distance to visit a brick and mortar facility.  Additionally there are only so many boaters in a given geographic area.  A good E-commerce site can expand ones customer base considerably and help round out the intense seasonal volatility of a marine business.  We are now starting to sell boating products to many of you down in warmer climates during our slowest period of time... our winter months.   In your case Dave, I guess we would be the warmer climate.

At well over 2000 items we will work to double that number by spring.  Expect to see more basics like plumbing fittings, hose, electrical items and all kinds of finishes.  Some of the brand names that we are adding or expanding are the likes of AwlGrip and New England Rope.
