How to remove a Ritchie compass from Edson pedestal?

Have seen the video that is available on YouTube, but my Ritchie model does not have any screws besides two that hold the night light plate on.  No other screws visible.  Is this a twist off model?  Any suggestions?

Mine is the 5 inch model, it has two screws holding the light on, then you lift the stainless housing away. Then you see the screws that actually hold the compass on.
