Need to replace my muffler

I have the original 1976 muffler on my 365.  I am having trouble locating the replacement.  The original is make to Stainless but plan to use a fiberglass replacement.  Who has a source? HELP

I had to replace mine i used this one fits perfect as direct replacment
VETUS type NLP40  £166
was called a water lock exhoust box
also west marine...look up..Vernalift Muffler  pt no/2639326 at 139.99
