Hi
I don't see a big problem other than the suplie to the shaft seal is normally at sea level pressure the H/E is at pump pressure,if the exhaust outlet gets a bit blocked it could force the seal apart ( i think ) also i don't think i would be happy to run to long with out a anode, but after saying that mine is still good after 2 years use

Hi Randy
sorry not very good at describing it ,same locker but at the rear end, opposite end to the battries

Hi
don't know if this is much help but my 365 ketch has a 3.8kw diesel generator in the port locker, the front of the gen is flush with the rear locker opening so you still have the hole locker for storage,it also has its own starter battery so if the main battries have a problem i can still start the gen then use that to start the main engine or run the boat electrics

Hi
i have totally rebuilt my 365 had every fitting off,the only core damage i found was as said around the feet of the front hand rail, very easy to repair just scrape around in side the two layers removing the old core tape up from inside then fill with ressin from the out side ,when dry just drill the bolt holes out took me about 3 hours work
hardest job was rewiring the nav lights joint is in the chain looker

if all the water came out of the intake hose you could just have had a air lock ie:
pump trying to pump air to push up a head of water
