"But like a dumb a** I reused the old coupler."  Coupler?

A u-joint will be visible when it fails.  The little pins inside will disintegrate. so the joint will be loose, visible rust etc. Grab the shaft and look for movement. I don't think there is a zirc fitting on this one so you would have to remove the caps to lubricate.  Lubing it won't fix the problem, it just prolongs the life of the joint.

V-drive alignment is critical. You need to be within +/-.003 inch of perfect.  There are numerous how to threads on this site.

1850 rpms?  Is that at full throttle?

Here's the link for the manual but it  isn't a very good one:  https://pearson365.com/forum/index.php?topic=1938.0

Just 4 bolts to remove the trans cover on top.  Check for shift fork movement inside.  Ensure good oil level  Prolly not an adjustment issue I don't think, but here's another thread with adjustment procedure: https://pearson365.com/forum/index.php?topic=2105.msg10886#msg10886

Good luck!

The couple I have seen have been mounted under the Ice Box.
So raw water flow would be V-drive, trans cooler, Eng.

Thank you for all your work!

Many people have gone to type 1 linear drives from Raymarine.  The only Hyd drive I know of was from PeteW.  He has a detailed post with pictures here:

Nice work!  And good post.  It is great that others can see what can be done and a detailed way to do it here. The link pictures give a good idea of job progression.
Do you have a guesstimate of material costs?
Did you happen to make paper patterns or dimension drawings after you finalized your wood mold?
Cheers,
Wayne

Nice!  Should be a great setup once you have it all installed.

We did 4 years of offshore cruising and always thought that 400 watts would have been enough for our needs.  We made do with 200W and a Honda genset.

"Donor advised*, the engine does not run/function"

Vdrive, driveshaft, Paragon all shot.  Looks like it was partially immersed.  Impressive mold down below.

Pity. Looks like a nice boat killed by neglect.  Hope someone takes a chance on it and brings it back to life.

Nice boat.  Looks well cared for and I love the Wallas heater for the PNW.

A few questions:
Is the slip transferable?
Are you still using the RV10(Pearson) with the 55Hp Yanmar?
Has the main mast step been dealt with?
Age of standing rigging?
What kind of refrigeration?
Battery size and age?
Does the Isotherm HW tank warm from engine heat as well as 110V?
A pic of the engine room?

The blocks in your pics are exactly the same as the blocks I had on Journey.  I assume they are original.  They seemed perfect to me for their intended use.  Even when I had a well known rigger replace my standing rigging, we did not replace those blocks.  They are easily inspectable and redundent as even if one breaks, the other side will carry the load.  My 2 cents anyway.

You might want to ask Dale about it as he owns a chandlery, is an expert on our rigs, and gives discounts to 365 owners.

Nice pics!

Surprised no one has chimed in on this yet.

I think you would have better results if you moved the clew more to windward to open the gap between the stay sail and the main.  But the main backstay looks like it might be in the way.

We have used Oxiclean in the bathtub a few times with good results.  Soak for a day and agitate frequently.  Rinse well with a hose and spread out or fly to dry.  Maybe not as clean as a loft can do but cheap and safe for the fabric.
