Pearson General Non-Mechanical System Maintenance and Repair / How to remove a Ritchie compass from Edson pedestal?

Have seen the video that is available on YouTube, but my Ritchie model does not have any screws besides two that hold the night light plate on.  No other screws visible.  Is this a twist off model?  Any suggestions?
