Hello Pearson people! Looking to join the ranks of 365 owners soon myself and am looking at one in a serious way. My question is about something I saw in the steering gear. It was in the water and it turns smoothly lock to lock. I had my wife turn it while I looked at the gear and saw no odd movement in the gear below deck. What I did see was a misalignment of the cable where it enters the groove on the quadrant. It rides noticeably to one side of the grove and is at a visibly different angle than the plane of the quadrant. The quadrant itself seems to be 2 piece, which seems odd but may be normal. Is the different angle normal? Not having looked at a lot of steering it is hard to know, but the mechanically inclined part of me thinks that it would wear more or be more failure prone.
