Title: Tie rod????

All knowing list, I need to understand what the function of the rod is that is just aft of the mast on the Ketch can anyone give me a clear understanding of its function and how it should be adjusted tightened etc?

My issue is that I am getting water tracking down the rod when it rains.

Go back an look at "Mast Assembly" on April 7th.
