I just replaced my cockpit cushions; the prior ones were a light blue, have a full set, very comfortable, but not waterproof. No reasonable offer refused.

I also have a spinnaker that came with the boat when I bought her 2 years ago. It is lightly if ever used. Also have the spinnaker pole. Again, no reasonable offer refused.

I am located in Gainesville, Florida.

Regarding the spinnaker and pole, is your boat a ketch?

Are the cushions still available? I'm not really sure what a reasonable offer would be, but it would have to include shipping to San Francisco. What condition are they in?
