Title: Prop shaft for cutter
Post by: Leo on December 22, 2009, 12:42:21 PM
Does anyone have the prop shaft dimensions for a cutter. I'm pretty sure mine has a slight bend from being lifted wrong. So this spring I would like to change it out and maybe go with a PSS or similar seal.

I'm not sure why the cutter prop shaft would be any different than the ketch rigged. I'll have mine out over the Christmas holiday week, and I'll measure it and post.  Relentless is a 1976 Ketch that was converted to a double headsail sloop, and I assume it would be the same.  Hope it helps.

The shaft in Phantom, hull 341 ketch, is 83" exactly, 1 1/8 " diameter.
