Title: Cleaning dull cabin furniture
Post by: EdHouston on June 27, 2009, 08:51:00 PM
On a similar topic to Ray & Wanda's varnish on fiberglass.

What is the best way to clean the cabin furniture? Sum of the surfaces of my cabinetry are appearing dull I have used furniture polish which looks good until it dries then the dullness reappears.

Any ideas?

We have mahagony plywood interior and use lemon oil with good success.

The woodwork inside Magic was dull, almost chalky looking when we got her. We used Scott's Liquid Gold furniture polish. We had the same problem- it would dry and be dull again. But each time we put it on, it would be a little less dull when it dried. We finally got her looking pretty good inside. We are using the same polish in Abracadabra.
