Title: Brass or Bronze Plaque
Post by: EdHouston on April 14, 2009, 03:40:10 PM
Hi Guys.

Is there any interest in getting a Bronze or Brass makers plaque for your boats, I have a company looking to casting mine in either metal, maybe if there is enough of you who would like the same thing we can get the price down a little. The one above the bridge deck and the one mounted on the mizzen is what I am having priced.

see attached.

There is a company that has the orginal molds for our pearson boats!  I ordered two of them a few yrs ago and will track it down for you....they are like $45 each or something like that including adding your hull number!

Does anyone else remember the place?

Bristol Bronze makes exact bronze replicas of the original plastic. Just call to order, he knows exactly what you want. I got one last fall and it is beautiful. He advertises in all the mags.

Yes, in fact his ad in Good Old Boat is specifically for the Pearson plaque.  I got one about a year ago I think it was about $70.
