Title: Hot water heater
Post by: gazuum on March 25, 2008, 09:19:05 PM
My Atlantic Marine water heater is shot. Has anybody replaced theirs and if so, with what. Everything I've seen so far has small heat exchange ports compared to the Atlantic.

Hi Gordon,

I think you beat me to the deal on Decision. Welcome to the club. I have a new water heater in storage, waiting for me to get busy with my interior - i sized it as a drop-in replacement. I will dig up the specifications for you this weekend.

I installed one of the Raritan 1700 Series about 5 years ago.  I lived aboard for about 2 years - no problems.
