Here is an overall shot of the quarterberth/garage area. Note the new electrical panel and Link 20 batt monitor I added just inside the companionway. The link 20 is probably one of the most useful things i have added to the boat.

Close up of the quarterberth- notice the fiberglass foot rest that is original to the standard setup nav station. It is not useful in my arrangement, I am thinking about cutting into it to make chart storage.

Under the quarterberth is where most of the batteries are located in specially made lockers. There is also room for the battery charger, and tons more storage. I ended up adding more batteries to the house bank, and fit them in the bilge just forward of the v-drive.

In order to accomodate the extra berth, the starboard lazorette is very shallow. I don't mind, beause the quarterberth makes great dry storage. My new spinnaker fits well back in there.
Let me know what measurements you would like. So far I have only seen one other 365/367 with this setup on yachtworld. For a while there, i thought i was the only one!

Very cool... There are only two major changes I have felt the P367 needed to make it the perfect boat for me and they are:
1. A better Main sail/boom configuration (modified on Sea Dragon over the last three years.
2. The rotated NavStation with the quarter berth (You have it).
Your pictures are the first time I have had a chance to understand how the Quarter Berth option would look and function.... What a great addition!!!!!! It is just as I pictured it.
How deep is the Quarter Berth? Does it extend the full length of the cockpit? How is the headroom when sitting at the NavStation?

Man.....if only THIRD DAY had that qtr berth configuration...I agree with Garner...then it would be the "perfect boat" if there is such a thing!
I better not let my wife see those photos...or I will be adding one LARGE project to my to-do-list.
Seriously...what do you think it would take to make that large modification? Hmmmm...could I do it myself...would I be able to pull it off? Just don't know....and would probably tp too afraid to try!

The berth extends down to the lpg locker.. Do you have lpg lockers built into both sides of the cockpit seats? If not, i suppose you could take it all the way back to that bulkhead that mirrors the one on your port side. (the one your autopilot linear drive is attached to) I suppose mine extends about 6' 5" or so before it runs into the lpg locker.
third day-
I don't think i would try it unless your really good with woodworking. There would be a few new bulkheads that you would have to install between the new berth and the engine compartment, as well and redesigning your nav station.
It definately does make getting to the engine even harder than your used to. If you can believe that!
If you guys would like, i can take a pic of what it looks like empty so you can see the bulkheads and base better. I can also meaure it for you.

Yes I have propane tanks on both sides.. I have thought about removing the starboard tank since we have no need for two tanks as a tank of fuel will last us 2-3 seasons even using the propane heater.
I would like to see pictures of the area empty so I can see the bulkheads and base better.
Do you have engine access from the Quarter Berth? How far out into the cabin does the Nav Station extend?

Sorry for the delay in getting the empty QB pics up. I should be there this weekend with my camera. There is prettty good engine access by the access door they put in the bulkhead. Removing the bulkhead is also an easy task(just a few screws), that gives even better, but not fantastic access to the engine.
I will get some pics of the bulkhead removed for you as well.
Your right about not need both LPG tanks, I havent changed mine in over a year, and i'm a live aboard.

Apparently they don't mess around. I'm glad they gave me the ones with the watermarks for free though!
Thats still better than what they did at our Harvest Moon Regatta (200 + cruisers offshore for 24 hours).
BoatPix.com came out and took pictures. They notify you by email that they have pictures of your boat. They will print them all in 16x20, and send them to you once you give them a credit card number. Whatever ones you don;t send back, they charge you for at somewhere around the 500/ea price. If the mail loses them - too bad, you just bought them. Oh, by the way, they are charging you 25 just for the privelage of seeing them at all. Even if you are able to successfully return everything, and you hated the pictures they took, they still ding you the $25. To me, that is kind of a no-lose business model.....If you want to test drive a car, I am going to charge you $25, and I am not going to tell you what kind of car it is, or what color it is until you are in it.....
