I have a Pearson 365 for sail. Westerbeke 40 with newer transmission installed by PO. Most the the electrical system has been redone with Blue seas breaker panels and anchor marine tinned wire. 4 100 watt solar panels with two MPPT charge controllers. No Lithium. Also added Balmer external alternator charge controller.
I did rebuild the battery storage on the port side to allow better access to the engine. Also reconfigured the hot water heater and expansion tank on the starboard side for the same reason. Battery mounts and water heater support are all fiberglass.
Replumed the water pump and water heater area, but not the supply lines to the fixtures nor the lines from the water tanks. New head with small holding tank and diverter valve. Custom V berth cushions very comfortable. Large Rocna anchor with 3/8 BBB chain and 250' of 3/4" line. 2nd anchor is a smaller lunch hook with 3/8 BBB chain and 250 feet of 5/8 double braid( new). Manual windlass. I rebuilt the forward "pulpit" grating two years ago.
new in the box Garmin wind instruments. I installed the mast head unit with wire in the mast(new) but have not gotten around to installing the rest.
She has 2 mains, a jib and 135 Genoa as well as the mizzen. All sails are in good condition. Roller furling headsail. Asymmetrical spinnaker with dousing sock. Self tailing winches Very robust traveler for the main.
Standing rigging is in good shape. Running rigging replace several year ago. Lazy Jacks on both main and mizzen.
Full dodger and Bimini with side curtains and screens.
All life line stantions were rebedded with stainless steel backing plates. No leaks there. 2 small leaks, one of the side windows just forward of the gally and the main hatch plexiglass has a very small leak at the frame.
Propane stove with oven and electric gas shut off at the tank.
Nice set of davits for the dinghy. West marine folding transom dinghy with 4 Hp Johnson outboard.
The Teak face plywood cabin sole needs to be replaced or just removed. The original fiberglass cabin sole is fine, no rot.
