Hello, I have a 1979 365 up for sale, $20,000
Its a great ship, don't need to tell anyone here that, I'm sad to let her go but I can't take her with me. Pretty standard except for a 55hp yanmar from 2009 has been put in, it has ungraded pulleys and a new alternator to handle larger power requirements if you wish. New casper mattress in the berth, electric head, the AC used to work great, something is up with the condenser and needs to serviced, along with the refrigeration condenser. A clean survey from 2018 is available for serious inquiries.
Do you have a listing anywhere? We are looking.
Here are the two listings I've posted. If you are interested in more info or the 2018 survey, let me know and I can send those to you direct.

Nice. Thanks. I sent you a pm insite with contact info.
Looks like it sold! Congrats and sorry. But now I'm wondering if SVJourney bought her. :)
Nope. Because of Covid we have decided not to buy a sailboat this year.
Oh, that's too bad! Wishful thinking, I guess. I've learned a lot from the blog (Ned's Neato Additions (http://www.galleywenchtales.com/2013/05/neato-ned-additions-to-our-home-sweet.html): projects based on that post have cost me up to about $15 and a big ass carpentry project for MXT's dad. A few hours and a lot of sweat. No blood yet, but we drill tomorrow!
Actually decided to keep her lol, no longer moving due to state of the world
