I have the Paragon SAOD transmission out of Endless Summer. We are installing a Velvet Drive 71C. It was working when we removed it but starting to bind when put in reverse. A good transmission for parts or rebuild I would think. $300. Located near Ft Myers FL.
Do you still have the transmission....my forward clutches just quit today. It will go in reverse, but no go in forward.
How do you evaluate the one you took out...good, poor, bad or really bad.
If you do not have it, what tranny did you replace it with? Do you know of a responsible transmission mechanic.
