Does anyone know the correct size of a PSS Shaft Seal Bellows for the 367 stuffing box?

I tried sending this with a picture, but the site seems to not accept posts with pictures right now.
The short answer is 1 1/8 shaft X 2 1/4 Shaft Log.
Basically this guy:

I know this is I a bit of an old post, but I am curious those of you that have converted to the PSS shaft seal, was it worth it? I think it's time this winter to put in a new shaft log, but we are wondering if we should go with the PSS shaft seal, or just replace with a new one from Buck Algonquin.

Any thoughts?

I'm 100% satisfied with mine. It's been 3 years. No more water dripping into the bilge.

I put in a new Buck Algonquin Box with Teflon rope. I'm expecting it to leak but it doesn't. Guess I'm going to loosen it a little more. What I'm looking to get is a pair of wrenches that fit those nuts to keep in my Stuffing Box Crash Kit.  My neighbor went out a while back and his stuffing box nut spun off in the middle of the night and he didn't realize it until he had taken on a lot of water. The right wrenches and precut pieces of Teflon packing material could make all the difference and that would sure beat having to stuff your shoelaces in there in an emergency.

There is no repairing a dripless seal and replacing worn parts requires a haul-out I think.

How bad a job was it to put in a new hose?  I know the shaft has to come at least part way out.  If it's older, is it a real bear to get off the fiberglass?  Do you use a sealant between the rubber and the glass, or just the clamps?

Did you do the cutlets bearing at the same time, or only if it needs it?  Any advice so I don't muck it up would be appreciated.

I am trying to figure out if I should let the yard do it or do it myself.  Our yard is OK, but I am not entirely satisfied with all their work.  They are more into work boats and working fast and rough.  On the other hand, I have a day job and kids and the boat is 3 hrs from home.  Is this a one day job, or should I plan a week......

Thanks
