Here is a topic...
Knowing now what you didn't know then, what would you do differently to or with your P365? Be specific, is whatever you did OK but wish you had gone a slightly different direction? Was it a disaster and now you are basically stuck with it? Is whatever OK but cost way too much for how it turned out? Did your improvement turn out worse than the original you replaced? Buyers remorse?
Give it a go gang and reflect a bit for us.

Dale,I do like the concept of this question, my problem is what screw up is the worst.I will get back with you on that. Allen
Dale,
Just finishing up getting the boat ready to head south. Hope to get out of the marina next week. Waiting on an injector pump -- was shipped the right pump with the wrong setup. Oh well.
I'll let you know in April what worked and what didn't. I'm looking forward to using the hydrovane wind vane and seeing how some of the other equipment I've added works.
If you're interested, I've got a blog:

Looked at the weather forecast this morning and the low next Friday night is forecast to be 18 degrees. Hampton at the bottom of the bay is only forecast to go down to 30. Count me motivated to get out of my marina.
All my best for the holidays.

Dirk,
Hope all goes well with you. Hydrovane - if I were to buy a vane that is the one I would purchase. Please keep us all informed on how it works.
I noticed you didn't mention heat aboard that battleship. Hope you don't freeze to death before you get to warmer water.
Keep in touch and don't wait till April. Good luck my friend and merry Christmas.
Good Sailing
